Circle Fiber Announces New Construction Manager

Poplar Bluff, MO- April 1, 2022 Circle Fiber, Southeast Missouri’s leading fiber optic internet provider, welcomes David Oliger as their regional construction manager. In this position, Oliger will oversee the integration construction and deployment of their fiber optic network buildout in Poplar Bluff.

“David is a veteran in the field of telecommunication construction and a lifelong resident of Poplar Bluff. His expertise and knowledge of our community landscape made him the only choice to manage a venture of this magnitude. We are happy to have him on-board as our construction liaison directing our teams in the field and communicating with our municipal partners,” said General Manager Eric Arnold.

Oliger’s career spans 20 years working with top construction, fiber utilities, and high voltage companies. Prior to joining the Circle Fiber team, Oliger served as plant construction manager for Boycom CableVision Inc in Poplar Bluff.

In his spare time, Oliger enjoys hiking, swimming, and ATV rides with his wife Megan, and their three children. When they are not looking for new destinations to visit or eat, you can find Oliger in the stands cheering for his kid’s sports teams.
